Registration Fee

A mandatory annual registration fee is required for all new and returning students.

Individual Registration (1 dancer): $65

Family Registration (2 or more dancers): $80

Payments may be sent via Zelle to: Second2none43@gmail.com

IMPORTANT:

When sending your registration & tuition fee via Zelle, please enter the student(s) full name in the memo so your payment can be matched to the correct registration.

Tuition is separate from the annual registration fee and is based on the number of classes selected.

Student Handbook

Please review the 2026-2027 Second II None Performance Academy Student Handbook before submitting this registration form. You will be asked to acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies contained in the handbook.

Parent/Guardian Agreements & Consent

I understand that participation in dance, fitness, and performing arts activities involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. I voluntarily authorize my child to participate in Second II None Performance Academy programs and activities.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed the 2026-2027 Second II None Performance Academy Student Handbook and agree to the policies, procedures, and expectations contained within it.
